Reasons for Joining:

I was overweight and wanted to lose my ‘beer belly’! A colleague of mine who was already training here and had also lost a lot of weight, recommended that I join this personal training centre as they guaranteed results. I was intrigued as wasn’t sure how anybody could ‘guarantee results’, so I booked in for my consultation, (which was completely free by the way), and I loved everything I heard about the programme! I signed up immediately and never looked back.

How have you found the experience?

The experience has been unlike anything else. During my training, I shed over 4 stone of unwanted body fat during my 6 months membership! I have gone from strength to strength by training just 30 minutes per week. Thanks to Mandy & Indy, I have learnt so much about healthy living and eating well – I eat more now than I ever did, but still maintain my weight loss and most importantly I never feel hungry! I feel I have achieved everything I set out to do, but also so much more, thanks to the expert advice & professionalism of the trainers.

I wanted to join One 2 One Workouts for the intention of weight loss, toning up, improving own self-confidence and improving my own personal fitness. I wanted to follow a personal training scheme that would allow me to be fully comfortable working out in my own space with an experienced, qualified P.T., rather than publicly in a gym. How have you found the experience?
I have been with One 2 One Workouts, since it opened, and have been working out with them over all these years and still going strong!! I have met a lot of my own personal fitness goals such as weight loss, losing inches - therefore leading to a better wardrobe, a massive improvement in my body shape and physique and a general improvement in my fitness and overall confidence. I have found the training to be very effective – educating me both in the way I exercise and my nutrition and portion sizes, and have found both Mandy and Indy to be very friendly, experienced, supportive and fully recommend their training to anyone who is thinking of joining a supervised weight loss/ toning up fitness regime!!

How have you found the experience?
I first joined in 2011 after the birth of my first child and have been frequently re-joining for 6 years because of the amazing results and service both Mandy and Indy provide. They are both so knowledgeable in ensuring that I get the best out of my workouts and diet. They're always at hand to help with any questions and provide the same level of support throughout the 6 months membership. They’re always so supportive and encouraging and make me feel great after every workout. I have never had any issues with fitting in my sessions around work/family life, and Mandy is always so accommodating with any changes I need to my regular slots.

How have you found the experience?
I have found the experience more than rewarding. Although weight loss was my primary goal and I have definitely achieved this, I have gained so much more. I no longer feel sluggish, I’m feeling better from the inside out because I’m eating better, I have more energy, I sleep better and I could keep on going …so many hidden benefits to joining than what I set out to do. It’s changed my life and I’ll never view exercise and food in the same light anymore. How have you found the experience?
